Upon receipt of your order form, name and contact details of your site manager; we confirm the installation date.

Our chief installer then contacts your site manager in order to visit the site, take the exact measurements and coordinate the work.

We prepare the material at the factory based on measurements taken on site. We deliver and install on the agreed day.

We remain in contact with your site manager to ensure satisfaction and coordinate removal at the end of the project.

Invoicing is sent before the 25th of the month of the installation and payable in full within 30 days.

The rental cost of Sepcran temporary partitions is very easy to calculate. It is a fixed rate, per square foot.

The rate includes:

• SEPCRAN™ temporary panels
• SEPCRAN™ extruded aluminum structure
• Steel doors with drop threshold (if necessary)
• Labor (installation/removal)

A minimum of 200 square feet is required for each installation. Each projet phases.

Avoid worries. Sepcran’s licensed & certified installers will install the temporary walls according to the instructions you provided in the quote. The disassembling of the walls will also be taken care of by our team. All in order to meet the ecological commitment set by Sepcran.

All our installers hold their certificate of competence from the Commission de la Construction du Québec (CCQ) as required by the Act respecting labor relations, vocational training and workforce management in the construction industry. (Law R-20).

Recyclable. This is the key word of the ecological concept put forth by Sepcran. Our products that can be recycled, refurbished and reused for multiple uses; with an estimated useful life of several years. By offering an alternative to conventional drywall, Sepcran reduces significantly construction wastes, use of dumpsters, wastes sent to landfills and all around environmental impact. Sepcran expects to be able to use its aluminum assembly parts for more than a decade, which can then be fully recycled. The same goes for its panels.

Absolutely. The technology offered by Sepcran also allows panels to be stacked in order to cover the entire space. We can cover a maximum height of 22 feet using Sepcran partitions. Any surface greater than 22 feet will be partitioned with Polyethylene

No minimum period of use is required.

Each panel measures 4 feet in length by 8 feet in height, thus covering a space of 32 square feet. The anchors specially created by Sepcran make it possible to connect an unlimited number of panels.
